We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide essential support across our finance, sales, and leadership teams. This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We anticipate this role will suit part-time hours and are happy to discuss a mutually beneficial working pattern


Job Description

* Bookkeeping support, invoicing, and expense claim processing
* Financial administration and vendor/partner management
* Sales administration and CRM updates
* Diary management for senior managers
* Coordination and planning of meetings and travel
* General office and facility management
* Event planning and logistics support
* Timesheet and project administration
* Support with onboarding of new joiners


Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in administration, finance support, or office management
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Attention to detail with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* IT literacy (MS Office; familiarity with finance or CRM systems is a plus)
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
