Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct annual gas safety inspections and complete LGSRs for domestic properties.
2. Service gas appliances, including boilers, cookers, and fires, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
3. Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and central heating systems.
4. Ensure all work complies with current gas safety standards and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide documentation to clients.
6. Deliver excellent customer service, communicating effectively with tenants and landlords.
