The Role You will work closely with line managers to identify talent, assess development needs, and embed Personal Development Plans (PDPs) as a meaningful, practical tool. Your work will help ensure the organisation has the right skills and capability now and for the future. Key Responsibilities Support talent management and succession planning activities Partner with line managers to identify high-potential talent and development needs Embed and support the effective use of Personal Development Plans Coordinate learning and development programmes and interventions Promote a culture where learning is part of everyday work Monitor and evaluate development activity and outcomes About You Experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR Confident engaging and influencing line managers Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive, people-focused approach Essential: CIPD Level 3 or equivalent L&D qualification Why SNOP?
