Following sustained growth and a strong pipeline of private equity and corporate transactions, the firm is seeking an experienced Partner to help lead and expand its Commercial Due Diligence practice.

Key responsibilities:
• Leading commercial due diligence engagements for private equity, venture capital, and strategic investors
• Developing and maintaining senior client relationships across the investment community
• Originating and converting new business opportunities
• Providing strategic insight on market attractiveness, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, and investment risks
• Managing and developing high-performing consulting teams
• Contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the practice
Ideal background:
• Significant experience leading commercial due diligence projects within a leading strategy consultancy, specialist healthcare advisory firm, or investment environment
• Deep expertise across healthcare, life sciences, pharma, medtech, healthcare services, or related sectors
• Demonstrated track record of business development and revenue generation
• Strong network across private equity, venture capital, lenders, and corporate investors
• Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Director, or equivalent level
