Training & Development Coordinator – Southwark – Up to £34,000
Are you passionate about helping others grow? Do you enjoy being organised, supporting teams, and making an impact? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Training &Development Coordinator to assist with internal talent development.
This is an exciting entry point into a rewarding career focused on training, team development, and HR operations. You'll be hands-on, managing both people and processes, by delivering in-person training, shaping induction programmes and providing administrative onboarding support.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll have the chance to shape the workforce of a thriving, innovative business while working with a passionate team who value your skills and ideas.
* Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to help new starters integrate into the team and support existing staff in their development.
* Design bite-sized learning materials and coordinate with the Training Manager to bring fresh, effective learning experiences.
* Work closely with supervisors to identify team learning gaps and propose creative solutions to boost performance.
* Manage onboarding administration, such as right-to-work checks, DBS, payroll input, and new starter forms.
* Maintain performance files and support the delivery of effective, engaging induction processes.

* Have a proactive mindset.
* Familiarity with e-learning tools, training programmes or administrative processes is desirable but not necessary.

* £32,500 per annum rising to £34,000 upon completion of probationary period.
