About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our network of retail partners, driving sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities within your region. You will act as a trusted advisor — providing expert product knowledge, market insight, and support to help our partners achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area
* Support partners with product training, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on performance and market trends
About You
* Proven experience of selling windows, doors, roofs and associated products in a B2B setting
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
* Confident communicator and effective presenter
* Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
* Full UK driving licence required
