Job Description As a People Services Administrator, you will provide high-quality HR administration and first-line support to colleagues across the Group. Working within a team of People Services professionals, you will process employee lifecycle changes, manage queries via Halo ITSM, and ensure our core systems (iTrent and Kronos) are accurate and up to date. You will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our people. Key Responsibilities Deliver first-line HR administration and query resolution for employees and managers via Halo ITSM ticketing system. Process all employee lifecycle events, including starters, leavers, contract changes, and absences, using iTrent (HRIS). Ensure Kronos (T&A) data is accurate, supporting payroll and operational teams. Assist with the raising and processing of Purchase Orders via the business costing system. Maintain HR records and ensure all employee data is accurate and GDPR-compliant. Escalate complex queries to the People Services Team Leader as needed. Support ad-hoc reporting, audits, and compliance checks to maintain service quality. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the People Services function.
