The business in question is a well-established contractor with a strong reputation across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, heritage, residential, public buildings and leisure. Their projects typically range from £1m to £6m in value, although larger schemes are not uncommon, and much of their work is secured through long-standing client relationships and established framework agreements. As Bid Manager, you will sit at the heart of the pre-construction team, working closely with estimators, planners, operational staff and directors to develop compelling submissions that genuinely reflect the capability of the business. Whilst bid writing remains a key part of the role, this is far more than simply completing quality questions.
