MET Technician – Accident Repair Centre
1. Location: Nuneaton
2. Salary: Up to £42,000 (Dependent on experience and qualifications) OTE £50,000+
3. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (No weekends)
Our client, a leading Accident Repair Centre in Warwickshire, is seeking a skilled and motivated MET Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional and supportive environment, with access to industry-leading training and career development.
Key Responsibilities of the MET Technician role:
4. Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, and trim components to the highest standard
5. Work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company guidelines
6. Ensure efficient and timely completion of work to meet deadlines
7. Maintain a quality-focused approach with attention to detail
8. Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
9. Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, providing technical support when required
Requirements for the MET Technician role:
10. A relevant qualification in vehicle body repair or equivalent experience as a MET Technician
11. Experience in repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components
12. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
13. A strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
