Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Manage inventory levels, merchandising displays, and stock replenishment to optimise sales opportunities.
* Communicate goals, provide training, and encourage team collaboration.
* Implement effective time management strategies to ensure efficient workflow within the store.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store environment.
* Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
* Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
* Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in merchandising practices that drive sales performance.
* Proficient in time management with an aptitude for administrative responsibilities.
