8. Lead and inspire music staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative approach to teaching
9. Harness technology to enhance musical learning and encourage self-directed exploration
10. Utilize assessment data to tailor lesson plans and provide constructive feedback
11. Uphold the highest standards of teaching and learning within the music department
