The Role
As a valued member of this highly regarded team, you will collaborate with expert partners and solicitors to handle a diverse range of Medical/Clinical Negligence matters. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Driving Case Progression: Identifying and advancing cases ready for LOC, settlement, and service to ensure timely resolution.
2. Coordinating Case Development: Managing the progression of cases by liaising effectively with all internal and external parties.
3. Negotiating Settlements and Litigation: Engaging in settlement negotiations and initiating proceedings when necessary.
4. Litigating Claims: Overseeing and managing the litigation process for claims as required.
5. Providing Technical Advice: Offering guidance on complex technical issues with support from the Team Leader or Head of Department.
