We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team in Solihull.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional summer camp experiences.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create compelling content for various social media platforms.
* Monitor social media channels for trends and audience feedback.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
* Analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
* Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
* Assist in public relations efforts as needed.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Experience in public relations is a plus but not mandatory.
