You'll Manage and set up the project controls capability for a major project or programme – people, procedures, systems Provide interpretation of the data in the monthly reporting to support prompt decision making by the SLT Establish and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and supervise the Project Control deliverable to collate monthly KPI & progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for the purposes of monthly business reporting Implement effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the project lifecycle Manage and co-ordinate the project controls function through the supply chain Be responsible for integrating the disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, quality and reporting. Assurance of data and ensuring adherence to PMO policies, processes and standards We’re looking for: Essential Professional experience undertaking Programme Controls Manager roles for the development and/or delivery of large, complex construction projects Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders in order to identify and mitigate issues. Experience managing and integrating risk, planning, cost change control, document control and reporting teams, having worked in at least one of these disciplines. Experience in managing teams of highly skilled specialists Experience of managing project controls systems Desirable · A professional Project Management qualification · Experience working on large infrastructure/rail projects.
