Car Sales Executive – Hemel Hempstead
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Basic salary + OTE up to £65, per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week and every other Sunday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, offering expert advice on vehicle choices
2. Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and finance options
3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to sale completion
4. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
5. Work towards and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures
Essential Skills & Experience
7. Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience in the automotive industry (essential)
8. Proven record of delivering first-class customer service
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong negotiation and closing ability
11. Target-driven with a proactive and professional attitude
12. Full UK driving licence
