ECHO Personnel is seeking a reliable Factory Operative/Packer to join our client's dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets. Key Responsibilities: Packing products with care and precision to meet company standards Wrapping pallets securely for safe transport Inspecting products for quality assurance before dispatch Cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and organised environment Assisting with other general factory duties as needed Requirements: Previous experience in a factory, or packaging environment is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets Willingness to learn and develop new skills, including machine operation A positive attitude and team-player mentality Shifts: 2 Rotating Shifts Monday - Friday 06:00 13:30 13:30 21:00 Pay rate: £16.15/h If you are interested, please apply by submitting your CV
