We’re working closely with multiple Multi Academy Trusts across Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley, supplying schools with dedicated teaching assistants and support staff for September 2025 starts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEN)
* Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Support with classroom behaviour and daily routines
* Help with general classroom preparation and administration

Desired Candidate Qualities:
* Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, adaptable and professional attitude
* Confidence in supporting children of varying needs and abilities
* Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
