Creative Project Manager
Location: Manchester (4 days in studio / 1 day WFH)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £38,000

We’re working with a fast-paced creative agency that’s looking for a Creative Account Manager to deliver brand activations and retail campaigns on a global scale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact creative projects in the retail sector — managing work that’s seen in stores across the world.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and manage creative campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery
* Act as the bridge between clients and the studio — shaping briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring top-quality execution
* Oversee the workflow from concept development to artwork sign-off
* Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and deadlines
* Support campaign launches, quality control, and occasional in-store visits
* Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery
* Develop client-facing presentations and provide clear progress updates
* Look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a creative or retail-focused account/project management role
* A solid understanding of the creative process and how to bring briefs to life
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A sharp eye for detail and high design standards
* Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Confident working directly with clients and internal teams
* A collaborative, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset
