Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Temporary)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time

Pay Rate: £15.90 per hour

Location: Burgess Hill

The position: FRS is delighted to be supporting our client who are seeking a Temporary Customer Support Specialist to join their team.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Deliver internal support for consumables sales, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
2. Manage a global portfolio of customers, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from receipt to payment and ensuring service commitments are met.
3. Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and proactively resolve any delivery-related challenges.
4. Administer and maintain supplier and customer data relevant to the delivery of spare parts, provisioning items, and associated services.
5. Handle the entry, tracking, coordination, and monitoring of customer materials, delivery schedules, and returns.
6. Ensure prompt and accurate order processing by closely coordinating with materials management and shipping teams to meet delivery deadlines.
7. Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order status, manage changes, and provide timely updates on delivery expectations.
8. Oversee the returns process and address customer complaints, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
9. Work collaboratively with internal departments to streamline workflows and elevate the overall customer experience.
10. Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the system for traceability and reporting.

Experience and Qualifications

11. Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation industry or wholesale sector.
12. Strong practical English language skills, both written and spoken.
13. Familiarity with SAP systems (ideally SAP HANA) or other ERP platforms is a plus.
14. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
15. Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
