We’re looking for a Technical Author to manage our customer-facing product documentation. OpenWorks develops world leading technology. As Technical Author, you'll be responsible for working with subject matter experts across the company to translate technical intent, product features and capabilities into clear English which is easily understood by our customers and end-users. This role involves a significant amount of time working with our physical products and so is primarily an on-site role.
