About the role...Our Commercial Marketing Executive supports in delivering sustainable revenue growth across our estate through supercharged integrated marketing campaigns - with a core focus on new site openings. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure accurate and timely communication of key trading activities to relevant parties, alongside ensuring each team has access to the relevant information. You will also work alongside our external media, comms and creative agencies to deliver best-in-class media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated commercial and marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners, particularly for new site openings and refurbishment campaigns.Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand objectives .Collaborate with the in-house creative studio and Brand Marketing Team to help create engaging marketing assets that support gym launches and refurbishments.Help coordinate local marketing activities with Operations and on-the-ground teams, including events, community outreach, and engagement initiatives.Support the tracking and analysis of commercial and campaign performance using key metrics and provide insights to help inform decision-making.Assist in maintaining performance reports and contribute to regular updates for the leadership team in partnership with the commercial analytics team.Stay informed on competitor activity and wider industry trends, sharing insights with the team to support innovation.Log and track all marketing spend related to gym openings and refurbishments, ensuring accurate budget records are maintained and that all costs are recorded in line with internal processes.About you...Proven experience in a marketing or operational role .A basic understanding of core marketing principles, with a willingness to learn and develop knowledge across different marketing channels and tactics.C onfidence working with data, with the ability to interpret reports and contribute to insight-led decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems effectively.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience of working with external media agencies desired, but not essential.Previous experience in a subscription or multi-site business desired, but not essential.
