Qualifications
* Significant experience of working with vulnerable unemployed people to help them on their journey into work
* Successful track record of managing a significant caseload and delivering against profiled contractual targets whilst maintaining customer service standards
* Able to work in partnership and develop the trust, respect and co-operation of a broad spectrum of clients and partners
* Experience of planning and running workshops and activities with hard-to-reach groups and individuals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and advocacy skills with individuals, employers and external organisations
* Excellent Knowledge of employment and training opportunities available in the local area
Responsibilities
* The role is to manage a caseload of people who have experienced long term health problems and help them to gain good quality employment.
£31,975 per annum
