Overview
Company Accountant position with a well-established family business in Golborne. Cradle to grave accounting responsibilities including invoicing, month-end close, and delivery of finance reports to the Managing Director and Operations Director. You will be supported by one finance assistant and work as part of a small team. The role offers a 9-5 schedule with an early finish on Friday, team lunches, and a friendly culture.
Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end accounting from invoicing through month-end close.
* Deliver accurate finance reports to the Managing Director and Operations Director.
* Collaborate with one finance assistant to finalize accounts.
* Maintain a positive and efficient office culture in a small team environment.
* Assist with general ledger activities and month-end processes as required.
Qualifications
* Experience in SME accounting, ideally within a family-run or closely held business.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
