n-compass are looking to recruit Carers Engagement Project Coordinator working across Bury or Oldham, with occasional flexibility to work across all Oldham, Bury and Rochdale (30 up to 37 hour positions available). You will benefit from joining a busy and dynamic team in a truly hybrid working environment. We've secured funding for this project to be completed by December 2025. The project aim is to increase the identification and support of all-age carers in healthcare settings, with a focus on hospital discharge. Therefore, this position will primarily work within the hospital and other healthcare settings, and with community and mental health teams. Overall, creating a cultural shift which will lead to a reduced reliance on the healthcare services.
