Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role requires effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.
* Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services, with potential upsell opportunities.
* Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
* Master product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
* Initiate steps to address customer concerns or roadblocks that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
* Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or acquire customers.
* Handle a high volume of customer contacts daily via phone and email, primarily outbound communication.
* Collaborate with your team and management to ensure a professional experience during all customer interactions.
* Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
* Undertake sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, representing the voice of the customer, or contract renewals.
* Work closely with your team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
