This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist who thrives on variety, enjoys partnering with stakeholders, and has a strong grounding in employee relations and employment law.You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle, while also contributing to strategic HR priorities and continuous improvement projects.This role is Southampton-based, with regular travel to support teams in Ipswich, Liverpool and Dublin, so flexibility is essential.
