Duties:
* Oversee daily operations to maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels
* Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations for a safe dining experience
* Collaborate with culinary staff on expediting food orders and upholding high-quality standards
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs effectively to enhance profitability
* Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
* Assist in scheduling staff shifts and efficiently managing payroll
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth
Experience:
* Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is required
* Proficiency in food production, food preparation, team management, culinary skills, supervising, bartending, and leadership is essential
* Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams effectively
* Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to hotel operations and customer satisfaction
