Personal Assistant
3 month fixed term contract
Location: Tower Bridge
Salary: £60-70k full time equivalent
Are you a proactive and organised professional ready to make a meaningful impact? Our client is seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support their CEO on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting others to stay organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar and diary management, travel booing, and meeting logistics.
Prioritise and manage emails, calls and messages
Prepare comms, agendas, reports, and presentations
Conduct research for initiatives
Maintain awareness of company operations
Assist with internal communications
Primary point of contact for the CEO
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate with other teams on projects.
Manage occasional personal errands/logistics when needed
About You:
Experience within a PA role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Self-starter and able to work independently
