We're recruiting Live‑In Sous Chefs for a range of kitchens: from busy, quality pub food done properly to destination dining cooking at AA Rosette / Michelin‑level standards.
If you're an experienced Senior Chef De Partie looking to push on in your career or a solid Sous Chef looking for your next kitchen, we would love to hear from you.
From lifestyle roles in beautiful locations to potentially career-defining fine-dining challenges, we have opportunities across Scotland.
What you could be stepping into:
* Live‑in / accommodation available
* Great pay + TRONC (varies by site - salary & hourly options)
* 45 hours in many roles, with structured, well‑run kitchens
* Opportunities spanning high‑volume service, fresh food, seasonal menus, and craft-led cooking (think: butchery, preservation, produce-led plates)
* Real responsibility: leading service, training juniors, shaping standards & consistency
Who we want:
You might be an experienced Sous Chef, or a strong CDP / Junior Sous ready to step up. Either way, you'll be:
* Standards-driven, calm under pressure, and reliable
* Adventurous, confident personalities who can work well in close-knit teams
* Confident with fresh food kitchens (high volume and/or higher-end)
* Keen on the lifestyle that comes with working and living in Scotland
* Able to demonstrate Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
