Job Overview

Be part of something extraordinary.

Frimley Park Hospital is being reimagined as part of one of the UK’s most ambitious healthcare projects. This isn’t just a rebuild — it’s a revolution in care, sustainability, and innovation.

We’re creating a digitally enabled, future-proof hospital that puts patients and staff first, with cutting‑edge facilities, green spaces, and flexible design.

As Clinical Lead within the Frimley New Hospital Programme, you will provide strategic clinical leadership to shape the future of healthcare delivery across the Trust. You will lead the development and implementation of innovative clinical models that align with FHFT’s clinical strategy, the New Hospital Programme (NHP) requirements, and the ambitions of the Fit for the Future 10‑Year Health Plan.

Working collaboratively with senior clinical and operational leaders, you will champion evidence‑based design and service transformation, ensuring that hospital design, patient pathways, care models, and operational processes are optimised for efficiency, sustainability, and improved patient outcomes. It is expected that the role will require 4‑6PAs of time depending on the stage of the programme.

Join us and help shape the future of healthcare. Leave a legacy that lasts.
