Job Overview
Phlebotomist / HCA – Romford. Dream Medical is working alongside a private organisation to provide locum cover to their Urgent Care Centre in East London. The centre in Romford is looking for a Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant to assist the Nursing and GP team in seeing and treating patients that attend the UCC.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Nursing and GP team with patient assessments and treatments.
* Conduct blood work, ECGs and blood pressure monitoring.
* Support other HCA’s, ACP’s and GP’s as part of a team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Phlebotomist/HCA within a primary care setting such as a GP surgery or another walk‑in or urgent care service.
* Certificate of competency.
* Current DBS check.
* Occupational health record available.
* Two suitable references.
