The Role
This Senior Recruitment Consultant position sits within our Strategic Accounts team, delivering high-quality talent across the private and public sectors, with a strong focus on SC & DV environments. You'll play a key role in supporting existing strategic clients, absorbing new demand, and strengthening our established security-cleared talent community.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision
* Headhunt and engage hard-to-find, security-cleared professionals
* Deliver strong shortlists within SLAs (target 3:2:1 efficiency)
* Lead offer management, negotiations, objections, and onboarding
* Act as a trusted delivery lead for clients and account teams
* Use market insight and data to shape hiring decisions
* Mentor junior recruiters and uphold excellent CRM and data standards
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience recruiting within SC & DV / security-cleared markets
* Strong headhunting capability and success placing passive candidates
* Confident client and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable delivering against targets, SLAs, and KPIs
