Location: Rawtenstall | Hours: 37.5/week (09:00–17:00) | Salary: £27,500 + uncapped commission & bonuses | Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Do:
* Manage and expand a live portfolio of accounts.
* Proactively engage new customers and uncover opportunities.
* Work closely with management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Build strong product knowledge to provide tailored solutions.
* Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
* Conduct market research and customer analysis to strengthen accounts.
Who You Are:
* Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales and account management experience.
* Confident, professional, and persuasive on the phone.
* Committed, organised, and detail-oriented.
* Strong IT skills; quick to learn new systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Experience selling care, office, or catering products is a plus.
* CRM experience is advantageous (e.g., ECI Horizon).
