Berry Recruitment are seeking an experienced Fee Earner with strong expertise in residential conveyancing. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, working independently and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle residential conveyancing transactions independently
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Draft and review legal documents
* Ensure regulatory compliance
* Support private client matters as needed
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong legal knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and time management
* Ability to contribute to private client work
* Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal
