Product Lifecycle and Commercialization:
1. Develop customer-facing content to support training and marketing efforts.
2. Manage commercial launch activities including SKU setup and channel loading.
3. Collaborate with global sales and operations teams to ensure successful program adoption.
Product Monitoring and Optimization:
4. Manage day-to-day user feedback and develop reports and key indicators of customer satisfaction.
5. Work with technical, operational, and internal business teams to address customer requests and optimize product performance.
6. Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform product decisions and in-market strategy.
Product Launch and Go-to-Market:
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, Training, and Commercial, to ensure successful product launches.
8. Act as the product expert during launches, connecting with internal and external teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
9. Own post-launch hypercare monitoring and report on program launch outcomes.
Keys to Success:
Education
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience
11. Demonstrated ability in Product Management, preferably with software products or Digital Solutions.
12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
