We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career and grow within a supportive environment. Administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist with raising purchase orders (POs) and coordinating with suppliers for the booking of goods
•Support quality control (QC) checks and ensure documentation is filed appropriately
•Maintain and update records using our in-house systems
•Produce reports and input data accurately
•Provide administrative support to the Operations and Marketing teams
•Attend meetings and assist with operational planning
•Ensure compliance with company procedures to maintain efficient workflows
•Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills:
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
•Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills:
•Previous administrative experience
•Basic knowledge of purchasing or supplier coordination
