Verne is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition
Manager to set up and lead our in-house recruitment function. You'll design processes from the ground up, partner with senior leaders, and own recruitment across all functions and countries. To support our ambitious growth, we're looking for someone who will directly source top talent, help shape our employer brand, and is great at networking across the industry to build strong talent pipelines for today and tomorrow.

What you'll be doing
* Setting up and managing our internal recruitment function
* Partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy
* Direct sourcing and headhunting for roles
* Building relationships and networking across the industry
* Delivering a first-class candidate experience
What we're looking for
* Proven recruitment manager / senior recruiter experience (in-house or agency with internal exposure)
* Strong track record hiring across multiple functions, ideally in high-growth environments
* A natural relationship-builder who thrives on networking and engaging passive talent
* Resilient, adaptable, and excited by building something from scratch
* Ideally you have already worked in the data centre industry
