We have a nationwide Plant & Tool hire client with a location in Newbury looking for a Plant & Tool Manager. What you’ll be doing:
1. Driving performance by strong management of your team to hit budget and improve KPIs
2. Building strong customer relationships by delivering great service
3. Overseeing safe and legal transport and distribution of our equipment
4. Making sure all health, safety, and company standards are met across your operation
5. Supporting the wider branch as part of the management team – taking part in stock takes, reports, audits, etc.
6. Ensuring the hire fleet is in excellent condition and is safe and ready for our customers
