The Opportunity

We need a transformational Director of Learning to lead our curriculum teams, shape strategy, drive innovation, and have real impact on our communities’ future success.
As Director Of Learning You Will
* Lead with clarity and purpose across multiple specialist teams, setting high expectations, nurturing potential at every level and celebrating success
* Empower curriculum teams to design and deliver ambitious, learner‑centred programmes
* Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment
* Manage your directorate's budget with a sharp commercial focus
* Play a key role in delivering Boston College's 5 Pillars strategy — People, Performance, Productivity, Partnerships and Personality

The Location

Terms & Conditions
Contract: Permanent, full‑time — 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Pension: Teachers’ Pension Scheme
Holiday: 37 days per year, plus bank holidays and discretionary days
All offers subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check, references, medical clearance and mandatory training.
