Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Herne Bay
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our clients 2-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Waltham Abbey. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential setting (essential)
Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent)
Working towards, or willing to undertake, Level 5 Leadership & Management in Children’s Residential Services
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people
