* Analyse client data to identify opportunities for service improvement or product offerings
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolutions
* Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to client activity and satisfaction levels
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial products and services to offer informed advice
* Contribute to the development of best practices for client engagement and service delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience in client services or customer support within the financial services sector is preferred
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex information clearly
