As a Customer Accounts Representative, you will provide exceptional billing and metering administration while delivering a front-facing customer service experience. Your focus will be on accurate and timely management of credit billing cycles, ensuring the production of bills meets KPIs and contractual obligations. You will manage customer and meter data, handle direct inquiries across multiple platforms, and strive to enhance customer satisfaction by promoting self-help features. This dynamic role requires an ambassadorial spirit; collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless resolutions to customer enquiries and support team members as they integrate into their roles.
Hours of Work: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week.
