Responsibilities
* Assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements and redirect them to the most appropriate channel.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of non-Custodial healthcare services within the Health in Justice program.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure person-centred care and effective case management.
Hours and Salary
