Youll work with our customers to help create menus, develop new product ranges and drive growth (both theirs and ours) in a role that blends creativity, relationship-building and commercial responsibility.
Location: Field-based across Romford, Brentwood, Billericay & Southend-on-Sea
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with customers to develop innovative, practical menu solutions.
Lead tasting events and product demonstrations that inspire customers.
Collaborate with procurement, sales and marketing to launch new products and menu ideas.
Build strong customer relationships and help identify opportunities for business growth.
Stay ahead of food trends, supplier innovation and market opportunities.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Head Chef or Development Chef.
Proven background in menu innovation and commercial food service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Full driving licence.
