Call Centre Advisor – Part Time
Location: Bradford
Contract: 6‑month contract starting 8 June
Hours: Monday‑Friday 13:00‑18:00, every other Saturday 10:00‑15:00 (weekday off in lieu); 25 hours per week.
Pay: £20.95 per hour, paid via umbrella
Hybrid Work: 3 days a week in office at Bradford City Centre.
Responsibilities
* Support customers who are victims of fraud or scams, providing empathy, protection and guidance.
* Build rapport and conversations that make customers feel valued and protected.
* Show resilience in challenging situations and deliver positive outcomes.
* Champion customer experience, tailoring personal touch to the customer’s needs.
* Stay informed about latest fraud and scams, sharing knowledge to aid continuous development.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a contact centre, preferably within Financial Services.
* Exceptional listening and communication skills, able to show empathy.
* Strong teamwork ethic and highly motivated.
* Desire to go above and beyond for customers.
* Flexible, can‑do approach to work; able to adapt to changing business needs.
* Must be able to pass DBS, credit checks and provide 3 years of references.
Training
Paid training for a minimum of 6 weeks: at least 4 weeks onsite Monday‑Friday 13:00‑18:00, followed by hybrid work with office attendance 3 days per week and every other Saturday.
