Role Overview
The Account Executive (EMEA) will report directly to the Head of International Sales and will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition across the EMEA region. This is an individual contributor role focused on securing new‑logo wins through both direct sales and strategic partnerships, in alignment with the company’s commercial strategy and sales methodology.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial‑services SaaS sales and the ability to position the company’s solutions as essential tools for cost efficiency and improved operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new‑business acquisition across the EMEA financial‑services market through direct sales and partner‑led engagements
* Collaborate with product, marketing, pre‑sales, and managed‑services teams to build and execute structured win plans
* Lead discovery meetings and deliver compelling product demonstrations that communicate clear value and impact
* Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and business cases aligned to each prospect’s strategic objectives
* Provide consultative insights on optimising workflows and reducing subscription‑related expenditure
* Maintain consistent engagement with prospects to understand their priorities, challenges, and decision‑making criteria
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (preferred)
* 6–10 years’ experience in new‑logo SaaS sales, ideally within financial services; partner‑management experience is a plus
* Proven success managing complex solution‑sales cycles from prospecting to close
* Strong understanding of the EMEA financial‑services landscape
* Excellent communication and commercial‑negotiation skills
* Strong presentation capabilities with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
* Highly organised, self‑driven, and effective at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) is advantageous
