About the Role
We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across key performance channels. Reporting to the Performance & Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling growth through data‑led decision‑making. You’ll monitor performance daily, run structured experiments and collaborate with Content and Product teams to deliver high‑performing assets and cohesive campaign experiences. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns, driven by a passion for testing, optimisation, and delivering measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, day‑to‑day management, and optimisation of paid performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Monitor campaign performance daily and improve results through ongoing optimisation of keywords/search terms, bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, ad copy, and creative
* Assist with budget pacing and allocation across channels based on performance trendsBuild and run structured A/B tests and experiments across messaging, creative, landing pages, campaign setup, and audience targeting
* Track and report on key performance metrics and funnel progression (lead → qualified → customer), ensuring data and attribution remain accurate and consistent
* Collaborate with Content and Product teams to deliver high‑performing assets, landing experiences, and campaign rollouts
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
* Hands‑on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
* Experience with HubSpot (lead stages, reporting, lifecycle tracking)
* A strong analytical mindset with experience tracking, interpreting and reporting performance data
* Strong experience in marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion optimisation
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment
Nice to have:
* Experience with additional paid platforms (Microsoft Ads/Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, Spotify Ads, programmatic)
* App promotion experience and/or MMP exposure (e.g. AppsFlyer)
* Experience with GA4 and similar reporting tools
* Experience in high‑growth, scale‑up environment

* Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per year depending on skills, experience and qualifications
