Construction contracts manager

Salary- £45,000 + company car

Holiday allowance- 34 days including bank holidays

Hours- 7.30-16.30 Monday-Friday


We are currently seeking an experienced contracts manger to join our team, overseeing and managing a range of construction projects across multiple locations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience with a strong background in construction and a broad understanding of various disciplines within the industry.

Requirements/ qualifications

Full UK driving licence (essential)

SMSTS training (preferred)

Experience in running multiple projects is essential

Well organised and confident to be self sufficient in their day to day duties.

Good at communicating with trades and clients, ensuring they always remain professional and represent the company in the correct way.

When in schools, candidate must be conscious of the environment they are in.

Well practised and knowledgeable of methods of construction as this will be key to programming works.
