About the role
Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.
We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in‑shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑through. You’ll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us – whether they order in‑store or order their food online.
During a typical day you can expect to:
* Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
* Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement
* Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
* Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers
* Ensure the shop is clean, well‑stocked and welcoming

About you
If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager and have delivered excellent customer service in a food‑on‑the‑go or retail environment, this could be the role for you.
You’ll also be supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
