We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Central Operations and Purchasing Specialist to support a wide range of internal purchasing, supplier management, travel coordination, and facilities support functions. Key Responsibilities
Internal Purchasing
* Process requisitions via ConnectWise/ServiceNow and raise POs in Sage 200
* Allocate cost centres and receipt POs upon delivery
* Manage internal purchase requests (e.g. marketing, software, office supplies)
* Oversee Wavenet subscriptions and renewals
Supplier Management
* Onboard new suppliers and ensure documentation compliance
* Liaise with Compliance and Purchase Ledger teams
* Conduct supplier performance reviews
Travel (ClickTravel+)
* Act as main contact for travel bookings (trains, hotels, flights)
* Manage user access and update travel policies
* Identify and report cost-saving opportunities
Facilities Support
* Raise POs for PPM contracts and ad hoc requests
* Support the Facilities team by organising Helpdesk inbox communications
Central Operations Inbox
* Manage and respond to queries related to purchasing, suppliers, travel, and facilities
Qualifications
* What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with systems such as Sage 200, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
* Experience in purchasing, supplier coordination, or operations administration
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
